Nephylim releases “CIRCUITION”!

With enormous proud and joy, we present you our second album “Circuition”!

“Circuition” – “The act of going around” – is the long awaited successor of our debut full-length “Severance of Serenity”. The first physical release featuring Tijn Bosters on (lead) vocals.

Similarly like the debut album, “Circuition” this album is concept-based in which the concepts of “the cycle of life” and the “wheel of fate” are elaborated. Each song on the record is connected to a meaning or state of being, like the origin of life: birth, consequences of old age, or everyone’s perception on the circulation of life.

Every human “cycle of life” starts with a little seed: a fetus. Small, innocent and full of energy. The further one get on its cycle of life, the more (s)he grows and will cross and deal with the difficult aspects of life. This comes with the cost of slowly losing one’s natural energy.
Metaphorically: from the start everyone’s inner tree grows and becomes strong until it becomes old. Resulting in a barren and withered tree, which eventually dies. This visualization of the album concept is realized by acclaimed artist Giannis Nakos (Remedy Art & Design).

By pushing boundaries on the overall production and quality, music and lyrical compositions, “Circuition” has become a product which is believed to fit in with the global elite.
With the help of a crowdfunding campaign, the public has financially supported to the band, and made clear that they are keen and ready for “Circuition”.. and finally… that day is here!

Titletrack “Circuition” is out now!

Proudly, we present you the titletrack of our upcoming album “Circuition”!

“Circuition” – “The act of going around” – elaborates the endless, wandering circulation while being lost in life, which could happen when one encounters a large personal loss like losing a partner, a dear family member or other loved one.
In time, the accompanying grief and pain will make place for a restless strive for a way to resume your life as before: the act of bringing back the motion in your cycle of life. Resulting in the creation of opportunities to pave new paths.

‘Our title track “Circuition” is definitely one of our most daring and ambitious songs to date. The dynamic within this song is absolutely enormous and is a musical path we have not walked before. Going from ballad-like softer parts accompanied with clean emotional vocals straight into epic heavy structures with a beautiful orchestral arrangement to give it the extra cherry on top. Lyric wise the song is quite personal and about coping with loss, finding your way and making sense into an always revolving world.‘

‘The first time I heard the track “Circuition” completely mixed, I had goosebumps! To me, this song is the perfect mix of fragility and emotions, combined with epicness and explosiveness. Together with the deep meaning of the lyrics, makes this song one of my absolute favorite of the entire record.’

First single “Inner Paradigm” is released today!

With immense proud and joy we announce the release of “Inner Paradigm”, the first single of our upcoming album “Circuition”.

“Inner Paradigm” is a 6-minute song elaborating, metaphorically, the (un)subconscious inner duality of one’s character: “What kind of person do I want to be?”. Based upon life experiences, self-(un)consciousness and person’s character this life-defining choice will be made. The song will appear as the closing track of the brand-new “Circuition” album, which is set to be released 7^th of March 2025.

Kevin comments:
‘Inner Paradigm’ reflects on the journey and progression we have made as a band. It contains a new sound while maintaining the old Nephylim style. I think this track combines everything we love: ‘heaviness, groove, melodic and melancholic’. We are beyond excited to show the world what Nephylim is all about!

Ralph adds:
A first release is always an exciting and scary experience, hence you will finally show the world the work you have done over the last year! For me personally, I’m more than assured and confident that this track, but also all the other songs of the upcoming album, will be very-well received by the people! I couldn’t be more excited and proud of the final product!
